Mark McLean
Mark McLean graduated from the University of Washington in 2002 with a B.A. in Philosophy and Minor in Society and Justice. After time spent in the commercial real estate industry, he graduated from Seattle University School of Law with cum laude honors.
After practicing in Seattle on a variety of cases in State and Federal Courts, Mark moved to Austin and joined The Meyerson Firm, P.C. His current focus is on complex real estate fraud cases, securities litigation, severe injury claims and consumer class actions.
Mark is licensed to practice in Texas, Washington, the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the United States District Court for the District of Idaho (pro hac vice), the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
