Jeff Meyerson
Jeff M. Meyerson graduated third in his class at Dallas' Hillcrest High School and attended the School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin with a National Merit Scholarship. He graduated in 1990 with a BBA and in 1993, he received his J.D. at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He immediately dedicated his time in Dallas to helping injured workers and accident victims in workers compensation claims and litigation.

After moving to Austin in 1995, he started The Meyerson Law Firm, P.C. with a focus on Plaintiff's litigation in the fields of personal injury, employment law, products liability, and workers' compensation.

Over the years, he has tried numerous cases in state and federal jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, appeals, and administrative hearings. His cases have included claims and trials against the world's largest corporations both in the United States and abroad. His meticulous work has led to multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. Following the real estate crash, Jeff expanded his practice to commercial and real estate fraud bringing successful claims against banks, shady developers, negligent real estate agents, and Ponzi scheme operators. His work has also helped clients collect on their judgments with garnishments, seizures and asset sales.

Jeff is licensed to practice in all state courts of the State of Texas, the Northern, Western and Southern United States District Courts in Texas, The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Mark McLean
Mark McLean graduated from the University of Washington in 2002 with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Society & Justice, with an emphasis on political and legal philosophy. He went on to graduate with cum laude honors from the Seattle University School of Law in 2006. In law school, Mark competed in elite moot court competitions and served as President of the SU American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA, now American Association for Justice) Chapter.

Mark joined The Meyerson Law Firm, P.C. in January of 2008. His work focuses on complex litigation regarding severe injury claims (including medical malpractice, products liability, and third-party jobsite incidents); securities, investment, and real estate fraud cases; consumer protection (including class/mass actions); and other commercial litigation cases throughout Texas and across the country. Mark is a detail-oriented, aggressive litigator with experience and success in both state and federal trials. He is also accomplished in both state and federal appellate practice. Post-judgment, Mark is adept at all aspects of collection of judgments and has worked with Courts and Constables on garnishments, turn-over orders, and seizing and selling assets.

Mark is licensed to practice in both Texas and Washington State Courts and Federal Courts across the country including the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, the Western District of Washington, the Eastern District of Michigan, the District of Idaho, the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth (Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi) and Ninth (Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Idaho, and Arizona) Circuits. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association.



Nadia Ramkissoon
Ms. Ramkissoon graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006 where she majored in Psychology and Business Foundations. She attended Barry University School of Law and graduated in 2009. During law school, she was President of Barry University's mock trial team and won advocate of the year, several finalists awards, and a national championship title in The University of Puerto Rico School of Law Criminal Trial Competition.

She also earned the book award for the highest grade in Trial Advocacy. She is currently a member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association and assists the University of Texas School of Law Legal Advocacy Department. Ms. Ramkissoon's primary focus in the firm is in personal injury litigation where she effectively and efficiently assists her clients. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Florida.



Nicolas Gavrizi
Mr. Gavrizi graduated cum laude from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007 where he double majored in History and Government. He then attended the University Of Texas School Of Law in 2008.

During law school, Mr. Gavrizi was a publishing member on the Texas Environmental Law Journal, was president of RealLaw (UT Law's real estate law society), and interned for Federal Magistrate Judge Andrew Austin. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
