Ard Ardalan is a skilled litigator dedicated to zealously representing individuals who have been wronged or injured in Texas and around the United States. His plaintiff-side litigation practice focuses on complex civil matters including product liability, medical malpractice, and legal malpractice cases. Mr. Ardalan speaks Spanish, French and Farsi (Persian) fluently and routinely represents clients who do not speak English.
Mr. Ardalan joined the Meyerson Law Firm after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for an Austin-based civil litigation firm focusing on catastrophic injury and class action cases. As a law student, Mr. Ardalan served on the Student Bar Association and as an Articles Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law. Mr. Ardalan previously worked in the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas.
Before law school, Mr. Ardalan was a paralegal at an elite litigation firm in Washington D.C. for two years. He graduated from Tufts University in 2012, completing a degree in International Relations and Anthropology.
